Main results: 2021: Recognition of highlight in Indirect Purchases, after assuming the management of Savings of category of Maintenance Services, there were 4 months of work, we left 40% approved and reached 90% the goal exceeding the projected achievement of 60%, getting all approvals from the controller governance. 2020: Award for "Best Film of the Year" at the sector's Oscars, for proposing to Maintenance the Quotation of 2021 Maintenance Shutdown of RIG, without a defined scope of activities, to ensure early hire qualified labor. Through a long-term contract, we were able to get large suppliers, with an average unit value of 75% of the values that were being practiced in the unit. Show less Reporting to the Maintenance Planning and Control Coordinator - Responsible for planning and controlling the 2018 Annual Shutdown at the Rio Grande units.● Planning and control of the 2018 annual maintenance (turnaround) for all Rio Grande sites.● Responsible for leading planners (mechanical, electrical and civil) responsible for the scopes of services and planning of material purchases.● Cost control, material availability and monitoring the progress of execution, thus acting proactively to mitigate challenges of deviations from planned versus executed.● Management of suppliers seeking integration of all suppliers, with daily meetings focused on the progress curves of the mechanical and electrical disciplines, understanding daily the bottlenecks of the previous day to seek solutions and drive actions to all stakeholders, using Scrum methodology to follow up on execution.Main result:2018: Event within the deadline, quality and the approved budget, with a return of 5% of the approved budget, which had a history of +15% overruns in the previous year. Result achieved with teamwork between the planning (myself) and execution’s teams, also by implementing of scrum methodology to monitor daily works.
