In this function of my role, I oversaw and implemented initiatives in support of the mental, physical, and professional health of 3,000+ employees across the Woodland Hills and West Ventura service area. Managed a portfolio of strategic, financial, and performance improvement projects tosupport the executive leadership in overseeing the operational function, quality of patient care, and business growth of the medical center.
