  Swissport Canada Handling Inc. provides ground services on behalf of client-companies in the aviation sector. I specialize in staff planning. As a planner I am responsible for scheduling, planning and manpower for shift operations short and long term within a unionized environment. Key responsibilities include managing over 450 employee schedules to maximize productivity and reduce costs. Planning and executing the shift bid process. I am also responsible for properly ensuring manpower productivity forecasting. I have gained extensive knowledge within the industry to help provide exceptional and accurate information as the needs constantly change. I also hold a key role in training and support of the duty coordinators at Swissport Canada Handling Inc. within YYZ. With the help of my educational training I have the opportunity to use my exceptional computer skills while assisting in special projects. I have developed and configured scheduling and payroll programs that have been implemented and are used on a daily basis. Being very proficient in MS office Word and Excel, I have had the opportunity to develop spreadsheets and forms for the training department, as well as accident and injury reporting and human resources.
