      Bachelor thesis collaboration with Cluster For Molecular Imaging. Characterization of molecular phenotyping using flow cytometry in ischemic heart disease. The study was performed in rat models followed by analysis of the immune cells ex vivo using flow cytometry and in vivo using positron emission tomography. I found a significant upregulation of CD51 in immune cells which could be positively correlated to the RGD tracer uptake in the rat hearts. Marked with 12/12.
