A member of Medical Training team, conducted training on proper administration of intravenous medication, aseptic techniques on minor procedures, gathering medical history (S.O.A.P notes), treatment of heat casualties, and minor procedures increasing staff's competencies.• Supervised the administrative management; emergency treatment; equipment maintenance; infection control; patient assessment care and transport which resulted in the organization’s 100% medical readiness for combat operations, passed occupational health safety and 2 San Diego County Environmental audit Compliance report. Communicates with flight surgeons regarding clinical records, diagnosis and medical status for personnel.• Established and implemented six standard operating procedures and policies for the Group Aid Station in support of Operation Inherent Resolve which resulted to a more streamlined systems and cost effective for nine supporting squadrons. Performs daily calibration on GE imaging equipment with 3 dimensional capabilities and make adjustments on patient positioning to best describe the area of interest. • Facilitated 2,500 tuberculosis-screening exams and 22 special studies exams, which serviced the countries of Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Cambodia during the Pacific Partnership 2012 onboard USNS Mercy T-AH4. Maintained a structured radiation safety surveillance program for 22 staff ensuring 100% compliance with Navy and Marine Corps Environmental Health Center.
