  Human-driven development and organizational changes are in the core of my work. With my expertise I support our Leadership and Culture, our M&A-processes, our Partnership Team.Year 2024 has started with full speed with focus on ramping up our EB practicalities to support the growth of our business and recruitment. Taking the Vincit Leadership Model to everyday life was key theme for the year. I take care of coordinating our Leadership Forum, arrange our Leadership Coachings and develop our Leadership onboarding. I lead the development portfolio of our HRD/EX projects. I have been part of Vincit Transformation Office that is leading our most important internal development projects and I have been focusing on engagement and communication. In the second half of the year I was leading the development and piloting our new pulse approach that combines key elements of our employee experience in unique and interactive way. During 2023 we ran a big value and culture project as simultaneously renewing the Vincit brand. We engaged the whole organization to this and used design methods together with our very talented designers we actually created a value frame that works. In the mid-year I joined People Organization and introduced a development portfolio approach to the team and our EX development. End of the year was not great for us and I helped supporting the organization through change negotiation process by using some of the newest tools in the market.During 2022 I was working in the core PMO of the Vincit-Bilot merger process (two First-North listed companies joined to create a new 850 person strong entity). My focus was on the Human-Centric Merger-> planning the "human side" of the integration as well as supporting and leading our Internal Communications, Leadership Development and People Operations related actions in the change.From August 2022 until March 2023 I acted also an interim Community Lead for our Turku community (approx. 90 people).   Renewing the way how Finnish people think about the services related to end of the life and how near and dear are treated in different services after a person has passed.Our current system does not support individuality or focusing on the grieving process due to heavy bureaucracy. As our population get´s older, these experiences are encountered by many.We have created discussion cards to help have meaningful dialogues around wishes that are related to rituals and reminiscence related to death.As a part of this project we are doing a podcast "Kuolevaiset" that can be found in spotify.
