  Meter Operations Management Division -Operates and monitors the operation of NGCP's automatic meter data retrieval system to ensure the transmittal of daily meter data to the Market Operator and respective Trading Participants with utmost accuracy and reliability.-Performs the required meter data analysis, validation, estimation and editing process and submit the recommended meter data to the Market Operator in accordance with the methodologies and procedures prescribed by the WESM Rules and Metering manual.-Collaborates with IT department in the development of NGCP's meter data validation system.-Ensures the operational compliance of NGCP's automatic meter data retrieval system to WESM, PGC, and ERC regulatory requirements.-Coordinates with the telecommunications service provider of NGCP's automatic meter data retrieval system to troubleshoot/restore the GSM connectivity of remote WESM meters in the field.
