  Paintball Referee

  Manage and conduct paintball games of 100s of players while ensuring safety, sportmanship, help when needed on the field even while paintballs are coming from all directions mid-game. I dedicated a lot to provide a memorable experience for everyone that encountered me. I also calibrated and repaired paintball guns and did safety checks on all players to ensure the Feet Per Second (FPS) was not too high to cause injury. Nothing beats the adrenaline rush of checking players in the battlefield.

  Manage up to 10 employees on duty to ensure the dining room, drive-thru, fryers, kitchen, and dishes were being operated smoothly and efficiently. I would also fill any position that needed help at any given time to provide the best service and company culture. My efforts inspired many to work hard, be a team player, and have a good time while doing it. I learned multiple skills such as leadership, Integrity, and most importantly customer service.
