      During my time with Black & Decker DeWalt, I was responsible for a newly created department to guarantee that all products manufactured at the Czech Republic manufacturing facility left in a working and pristine manner with the correct accessories, manuals, safety and model information. Some key responsibilities include the development of 20-point quality checklists for all B&D and DeWalt power tools manufactured for markets worldwide, managing a team of 20 full time and approximately 20 to 30 part time staff. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly quality reports (MS Excel and SAP for the manufacturing and engineering managers, plant director and for managers at CEDC (Central European Distribution Center) in Belgium and NDC (Northampton Distribution Center) in England. On call 24 hours a day to resolve any quality issues on a 3 shift production schedule. Show less
