  In a compact company it is possible to combine a number of functions. In my role as Technical- Facilty-, and HSQE Coordinator I am responsible for all technical matters such as: Transport material, buildings and facilities and all technical installations. In addition to maintenance, I play an important role in purchasing and advising new equipment and managing our own workshop and subcontractors. As HSQE specialist, I am responsible for all HSQE affairs within our organization. Implementing, auditing and maintaining our Integrated Management System is one of my main tasks. Our system is based on standards as ISO9001 , ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 , but also SQAS (chemical industry) and VBS (safety management system) as a part of the BRZO/Seveso regulations. I am familiar with PGS guidelines, CLP packaging classifications, ADR regulations and NTA8620 directive. I organize and give workshops to continously improving our quality and safety levels to achieve a higher standard in our organization. Show less

  My job is to give technical support to our operational department, to our own workshops, to our external repair depots and to our suppliers. This consists of advice and support on repair and maintenance, repair of damages and advice on newbuilds and refurbishments. We also check and control repairs afterwards, survey new equipment and give instruction and training to technical and operational personnel. In this way we want to achieve that all our equipment is safe to use.
