  Technical assistance to the government (NRHM) to increase awareness, access and acceptance of No Scalpel Vasectomy services in Kanpur Urban district. Kanpur Urban became the top ranking district in UP in terms of NSV acceptance in 2012 with over 100% increase in one year. Also honoured with a certificate of appreciation by the Divisional Commissioner and District Magistrate, Kanpur, on the occasion of Red Cross Day 2012. Liaised with district health officials, private doctors and other strategic partners, to create enabling environment for the project; assessed and prepared health facilities for quality NSV services; identified NSV trainers, NSV providers and medical officers who are interested in and are suitable for getting trained as NSV providers. Facilitated NSV training workshops, follow ups and backstopping of trained doctors; attended NSV camps and identify best practices; determined how the quality and utilization of NSV services can be improved; conducted quality assurance trainings and conducted advocacy with stakeholders for promoting NSV services. Designed and developed training material and conduct trainings of paramedical/support staff on counselling skills, screening of clients and follow-up; and outreach workers on demand generation and Behavioural Change Communication. Supported other IEC/BCC and mass media activities in the district. Show less

  Joined as one of the founding members of Aditya Birla Capital Health Insurance in provider management team. Played a key role in setting up the provider management strategy, processes, systems etc. Currently I lead the partner management function and digital initiatives. Have lead various cross functional projects to set up an end to end digital and automated cashless ecosystem for OPD, IPD and chronic care benefits of the product, as well as other projects for digitization of internal processes. Setting up this ecosystem included developing customer journeys, ensuring readiness of internal systems, developing rule engines, partner integrations, managing adoption etc. I also manage onboarding and performance management of various partners like technology partners, aggregators, TPAs etc. Currently I am also leading the Health Risk Management pojects under provider network strategy, which includes various initiatives for providing better quality of healthcare to customers and cost control.
