  91springboard has been some journey of sorts so far, from being one of the first 50 members of the company (Today it is 10,000 plus member company), to being the first financial consultant, then being the first auditor (Now being audited by Big 4's), and then finally ending up being the first in house finance employee where i had got a chance to build a team for the exponential growth that we have witnessed in the last 2 years and more to come in future ahead. With multiple fund raising rounds and a fragile financial & accounting system in legacy,it was a challenge to keep things on track, company turned profitable last quarter and the company now also has a well experienced CFO in place whom i report to. Prior to this, was working directly with the CEO as part of the management and leadership team contributing to the design and strategy to take the company where it is today and way forward.
