  I developed and implemented a communication strategy for the Economic Recovery and Resilience Project, which is implemented by UNDP in Albania and funded by the Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of the Netherlands. As a communication consultant, I planned and designed content for the UNDP's official social media sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. to promote the project. Furthermore, I wrote articles, stories of the beneficiaries, press releases and other advocacy/information materials, which were published on UNDP's website and social media.In addition, I maintained the program’s website (undp4business.al) and took photos from every event, conference or beneficiary. Utilizing embedded social media analytics tools such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Analytics, I monitor traffic, engagement, and key performance indicators to generate quarterly reports for UNDP Albania's channels. Furthermore, I assist in the preparation of daily press reviews, organize public information and advocacy activities, and monitor UNDP media coverage to provide comprehensive reports for each UNDP public event. In addition, I curate and select photos and digital information for posting on social media platforms. It is a rewarding experience to contribute to the UNDP's mission by effectively communicating its work and driving positive change in Albania. Show less
