      Worked as a Business Account Executive for Nippon Shokken USA - the American subsidiary to Nihon Shokken, which is one of the largest food manufacturers in Japan. I was responsible for penetrating regional markets with food products that are revolutionary to the Food Industry. My territories included: Louisiana, Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and CA (Riverside County, Santa Barbara County, Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Diego County).Within these territories I worked with large regional or local food distributors (Broadline, Produce, Seafood, and Meat) and sometimes even with supermarkets to introduce our products to their customers. My work to generate sales consisted primarily of cooking demonstrations with corporate and restaurant/executive chefs, sales meetings and presentations with distributor sales reps, and large Trade/Food Shows for distributor accounts. Some businesses that I have worked closely with to increase sales are: US Foods San Diego, US Foods Corona, US Foods LA, Sysco New Orleans, and Stater Bros.
