      This contract role of Office Administrator has introduced me to Project Management and Community Consultation. Working with the Interlink Roads Project Team for the M5 West Widening Project has been extremely valuable to me. My day is varied working directly with the project director, civil engineer and external contractors. Duties include managing the office, preparing board papers, reports, minutes and agendas, powerpoint presentations, managing calendars, meetings, conference calls, travel, expenses, document control, community relations, site tours, safety inductions, preparing SWMS documents and relief duties as required. I have been involved in facilitating change in deploying new systems and office restructure, updating policy and procedures, internal auditing and community relations. I possess the interpersonal skills, empathy and integrity necessary to successfully engage with colleagues, key stakeholders, and the community. I am enthusiastic, passionate and always looking to innovate and improve.I am focused on continuous improvement and personal development. Show less This role introduced me to team leadership, building a successful team in revenue recovery. Over the years the team grew and more financial roles arose within this position. Tax invoicing, bank statements, adjustments and end of month reconciliation. Assisted in online testing for new Customer Account System, Customer Web Payments, Customer SMS and Tolling Web Application. Managing the team also involved recruitment, training, rosters, team development, reviews and conflict management. Over the 7 years in this role there was plenty of variety, taking on many responsibilities and challenges, reaching my peak in this role in 2012 deciding to take on a new challenge internally within the company.
