      - Ensure required and planned output of required quality level is delivered effectively of the Synthetic plant by ensuring machine availability keeping WIP and other wastes minimum.- Coordination of Process, Engineering and Production teams to deliver a common goal.- Ensure that the department is adequately staffed with budgeted personnel (256 with 6 direct reports) who are trained, developed, motivated and competent and have the opportunity and direction to achieve their maximum potential.- Management of the plant aligning to all internal and external regulatory and other requirements for Quality, Safety, Environment etc including documentation and relevant certifications.- Coordinate and ensure a smooth flow of materials/ finished goods from planning to packing with collaboration of Supply Chain Team, R&D Team, QA Team, Packing and other departments when necessary.- Ensure safety of the stakeholders by initiating and implementing SWP, BBS, Risk Assessments and other safety measures effectively.- Investigate customer complaints.
