      As part of the Prevention Services Team, I deliver a variety of high-level Injury Management, Claims Management and OHS services including: Policy and Procedure Development, Claims Management Consultation Services, Incident Management Advisory Services, Outsourced RTW Coordinator Services, Task Analyses / Job Dictionary Services, Hazard identification and Risk Assessment Services, Training Services (both design and delivery) including Return to Work Coordinator Training, and Manual Handling.Within this role I have demonstrated a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders as a technical expert regarding workers compensation and injury management across multiple jurisdictions. I work as an educator, project manager, and a project consultant delivering services direct to clients. Although accountable to a regional manager, my role here is largely self-managed with minimal oversight required to achieve targets and deliver excellent outcomes to retainer clients, repeat clients, and one-off customers.
