This involved the preparing, managing, maintaining, distribution and a filing-system for all the quality documentation involved in the production and erection.   As Operations Manager for the Europort Complex, I were for over 15 years responsible for all daily Facility Operations of the premises which consists of some 50,000m2 of offices. My main responsibilities included the maintenance and upkeep of: -• All Technical Installations such as - Main Electrical Power Installations, Emergency Power Installations, all Air Cooling and A/C Installations, Fire Alarm Systems, Elevators etc.• Overall responsibility for the extensive Cooling Plant with 5,6 MW of capacity and which also supplies all cooling to Gibraltar’s General Hospital which opened in 2004• Overall responsibility for our Emergency Generator Station - capable of some 2000 kVA of back-up power to essential businesses, within the Europort Buildings.• All technical liaisons with local Authorities - including the Building Control Department, Fire Department, etc.• Fitting out of new offices for new and existing tenants• From mid 2005 to April 2008, I took on the extra responsibility of Quality Controller and Site Inspector for Architectural works, on a project of converting Building 5 - an originally intended 5 star hotel building into 130 luxury apartments known as “Atlantic Suites”The EUROPORT complex is Gibraltars most modern and prestigious Office- and apartment complex.
