Samuels Foundation, & the Nathan Cummings Foundation. Engaged in all aspects of two studies on end-of-life care, including a program evaluation study and a treatment comparison study. Responsible for modifications of study design, creation of measurement instruments, database structuring, entry, and maintenance, budget administration, and training and supervision of master’s-level staff. Responsible for conducting clinical interviews with a subsample of patient health-care surrogates, care coordination staff, and research site CEOs, and for coordinating all other data gathering activities.
