      Administration of City of Ottawa funded Cultural Assistance Program. Responsibilities: administer CAP fund, including researching jury members, supervising jury process, consultation with local artists and arts groups regarding fund and other issues, cultural community development, research and report writing. This included the amalgamation process in 2000, which required merging between approximately 6 different funding programs/mechanisms for arts, culture, heritage, festivals and major community events.
