  I started out as a junior accounts assistant working in accounts payable where I was successful in streamlining and effectively managing key processes, and subsequently moved in to a billing role and took on additional roles and responsibilities:- Overall management of WIP and revenue recognition process- Building close relationships with the Account Management and Project Management teams- Developing and maintaining spreadsheets used for income forecasting and short to medium term decision making- Preparing monthly management reporting packs which focus on KPI’s, including client profitability and detailed analysis of time recovery rates- Always being on hand to assist in ad hoc reporting requirements from the Account Management teams or finance directorI also took on the role of management accountant for Dare’s small production branch in Bristol, allowing me to apply theory into practice.
