      Train, supervise and evaluate six Resident Assistants to provide resources, programs, customer service, community and support for residents.Meet one on one with all incoming students and students who are academically at-risk that live in the building each semester to discuss academic success, strategies and campus resources.Collaborate with maintenance and custodial staff to manage daily operations of Toscanini College, a 220 student, co-ed, suite style residence hall.Oversee a Resident Assistant programming budget of $1,200.Advise Toscanini College Hall Council to provide educational and social programs for the residents.Schedule, organize and serve as a judicial hearing officer for all conduct cases occurring in Toscanini College.Serve on a duty rotation responding to crisis situations and incidents.Supervise an Office Assistant who completes a variety of tasks and projects including promoting RA and campus activities, organizing credit card and budget materials and office work.I also advised the Residence Hall Association:Train and advise 7 Executive Board Members to provide guidance, support, programs, customer service for 30 Hall Councils and residential students.Oversee and manage a budget of $70,000 including funds for 30 hall councils and the operational budget for RHA.Act as the primary liaison between the Department of Campus Residences and RHA’s student leadership.Supervise a Graduate Assistant Coordinator who executes tasks that supports the RHA organization.Supervise and facilitate large-scale campus wide programming for a residential population of approximately 10,000 students.Co-developed an online registration and allocation system for Hall Councils through Collegiate Link.
