    • Jordan Language Academy

      Jan 2015 - Jan 2017
      Arabic Media Teacher

During my summer breaks of (2015, 2016 and 2017) from engineering school, I have worked as an Arabic teacher at Jordan Language Academy. I have taught Media Arabic as a second language to American students coming to Jordan with the CLS program "Critical language scholarship". This experience has helped me discover my passion and love for teaching, I was also designated as one of the most creative teachers the students had during their program. Even though my background is in science, but my deep understanding of English along with my fluency in the language has helped me to better connect with my students and deliver the material with ease. Moreover, as a student of foreign languages, this has helped me in elevating my classes and not having them be book oriented. Most of my classes were project-based as first-hand experience help students grasp the language better. Show less
