  Project Manager Scrum Master

  Currently working as Project Manager on CMS Re-platforming projects [Sitecore based] for two different clients in Europe and Australia region. I am responsible for the offshore delivery comprising of development, QA, production launch and support for the applications and sites developed/migrated on Sitecore platform .My responsibilities include project planning & execution, clients & stakeholder management, people management, Scope management and Risk management.I am also responsible for financial tracking,monitoring the revenue and margin on the project. Have worked for various projects within Sapient for different clients from multiple geographies.Key Responsibilities-Currently leading two different teams and projects of about 20 people including Sitecore developers,UI designers and Testers.- Acting as a Scrum master and lead the delivery team.- People management and financials management on projects (revenue, staffing, margins and erosion etc.)- Have Managed projects that are Fixed Price Fixed Time and Time and materials.- Manage projects in Time and material engagements- Scope and change management- Create the High level, mid level plan for the project and report on the same with project stakeholders (onshore as well as offshore)- Manage releases through agile mode- Project management from scope, LOE, proposal, plan, staffing, execution and reporting, UAT to closure Show less
