  Solitary SoaRBeyond 2018 Finance Summer Associate for Health Business Unit,RB Head Office in 2018 all over India.I performed tasks which required me to handle the following:1)Media Spends(all RB brands and media channels)-compliance to principles,budget allocation,cost savings,performance as per internal RB metrics,automating the process I designed to measure it with analytics vendor assigned. Process and algorithm for filtering was self-designed and verified; was used in final dashboard as it is.2)Sales ROI- done with reference to spends, also involved automation of the process I implemented myself.3)Consumer promotions- restricted to cross-channel study, analysis and recommendations done via market visits,scouting trips and trend mapping.Did this across 3 channels and categories & tiers within channels.4)Competitor benchmarking- cross-channel,involved field visits and scouting,index formation for insights,presenting implementable final recommendations on the same.This task set was brand specific.5)Served as single point of contact to analytics service provider, BrandIntelle.   NEWEST UPDATE:I am now into Credit Risk and Data Governance, and building a multi-geography team from scratch for the same for a bulge bracket bank with presence across the world. I am actively recruiting and allocating data scientists, data engineers, business analysts and managers as I myself take up a newer project. As before, I code myself. Both for professional and personal interest reasons, I am developing some rare, less-seen tech skills besides building SME-level aptitude in Gen AI, Deep Learning and Credit Risk. PAST: I led Fraud analytics projects for a financial services firm based out of USA. I implement led controls for eliminating risk, fraud and interest issues for them. From conceptualizing to testing strategies to actual execution, all was my prerogative.I was(still am) also actively involved in recruiting(usual focus on lateral hiring but also involved in campus hiring; recruit data engineers, modelling professionals and fresh analytics professionals)and new business initiatives.I usually use proprietary platforms in my tasks, but other than that I also have expertise in machine learning,AI, deep learning, data visualization, database management and model building.
