      Oversee integrated approaches and rangeland restoration plans for participatingcommunities and partners implementing the Project-supported regenerative grazingand herd health improvement for carbon mitigation benefits. Coordinate and actively support the implementation of Meat Naturally’s market.access activities and administration, including soliciting new buying agents. Engage local government, private sector, traditional authorities, and civil society groupsto leverage buy-in and support for sustainable livestock value chains in the region. Support farmer engagement and negotiation, particularly in new sites and ensurementorship/ coaching of participating farmer organizations to administer rangelandrestoration plans successfully. Oversee the training and on-site actions of >200 bursary-supported herders across thetarget areas. Coordinate implementation and ensure Monitoring and Evaluation activities areimplemented as set per set indicators. Responsible for maintaining comprehensive and accurate engagement records andattendance registers (electronic and physical) for all implementation activities with theprovince and consolidation into monthly and seasonal reports. Ensure continuous improvements for ensuring staff health and safety as and whereneeded and respond to health or safety incidents. Participate in technical and management meetings as well as investor site visits asrequired. Manage the performance of implementation staff and ensure appropriatedevelopment and coaching/mentorship opportunities are put in place to supportsuccession planning across the province herder development programme. Present project progress and planning to a range of audiences as and whenneeded. Developing user-friendly documentation for community feedback meetings onEcoranger and market access performance, including the writing of at least onenewsletter story draft every other month.
