  I prepared charts for daily appointments by checking the CSMD database and printing a copy for each patient's chart. I also called and verified the following day's appointments, check in/out patients, create follow-up appointments while keeping the patients' needs in mind, send and receive record requests, answer multiple phone lines, prepare daily deposits,create any necessary Microsoft Office templates, and anything else my job requires of me. In addition, I have also created and maintained a professional website and Facebook page for our practice.Another important aspect of my job is making new patient appointments.
