PSN has four services under their umbrella: Family Works, Enliven, Shine and Lifeline.My role as Marketing Coordinator focused on a wide range of overall off-line and online marketing activities for the four different brands and target markets:• Website management (Drupal, Adobe Business Catalyst and Wordpress) for four websites• Social media strategy and daily management (content & paid)• Managing the in-house print room activities and the online ordering system for our 30 offices• Collateral design (brochures, flyers, reports, web/social imagery)• Google Adwords mangement - managing both a charity account and paid account.Major projects included:• Website development for three new websites. I worked alongside the GM - Communications from the start to end of this from focus groups to understand exact client scope, working with agency to develop features, functionalities and wireframes and page and content creation. • Creating a website (Wordpress) for a smaller audience, developing content and altering functionalities for best fit• Creation of staff intranet (wordpress). Working with overall internal staff and the leadership team to understand the exact requirements and developing the intranet to scope. • In-house print room. Moving from an offsite print provider and ordering system to an internal print room. I managed the transition for users on the online ordering systems, transiting the artwork to the new system and oversaw all the print jobs that went across the print room (signing off on quality and content, managing large jobs in short deadline and working alongside the print room operator to ensure requirements were met).
