As a personnel manager, I advised directors of 3 high performing agencies and advocated for 180 special forces operators and support staff. I focused on bolstering development, health, morale, welfare, readiness, and resiliency. To maximize task readiness, I developed, enabled, inspired, and enforced compliance with organizational policies, directives, and programs. Finally, I partnered with on-base agencies to connect employees with financial, counseling, housing, and legal assistance resources. In this role, I contributed to 6 leadership panels for the U.S. Air Force Special Operations School and Airmen Leadership School, supporting headquarters key development program for employees. I provided valuable insights and recommendations that aided employees' professional growth. Leveraging emotional intelligence and collaboration skills, I effectively coordinated across 6 agencies to secure out-of-state addiction and PTSD treatment for a Special Forces member. This multi-faceted approach enhanced their quality of life, enabling their successful return to active duty. Show less As principal advisor to the director on quality of life and discipline issues for employees, my organizations enabled 324 aircrew across 67 aircraft to conduct nuclear operations. My focus was bolstering development, health, morale, welfare, readiness, and resiliency. To maximize task readiness, I managed policy and program compliance through developing, enabling, and enforcing organizational directives. Additionally, I executed recognition and promotion programs and partnered with on-base agencies to connect employees with financial, counseling, housing, and legal resources.I oversaw 484 employees across 29 career specialties that primed 2,000 air sorties, 26 million pounds of fuel, and 188 tons of cargo. This supported 2 groups and enabled the division to earn its 5th consecutive Air Force Outstanding Unit Award. Additionally, I led a 300-employee task-ready team in a major readiness exercise demonstrating U.S. Strategic Command's ability to operate in a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and high yield Explosives environment. This culminated in the division being named Air Force's Best KC-135 Nuclear Tanker Wing for 2021. Show less As Security Operations Manager overseeing 50 employees, I led daily law enforcement and airfield security for $5.9 billion in assets including 44 refueling aircraft and 39 alarmed facilities. I supervised training for effective incident response and nuclear operations support. I oversaw transient aircraft operations as the primary security representative. My team conducted 660 security sweeps, 130 traffic citations, and 21 criminal investigations, protecting 9,500 personnel and 1.8K sorties. This protection enabled the unit's selection as Best Medium Security Forces Unit in Air Mobility Command. I also played an integral role in Mobility Guardian Exercise as group lead for dispersing 11 aircraft assets. Directly supervised 7 career specialties across 37 successful sorties, bolstering Air Force Reserve Command's objectives. This critical augmentation contributed to the installation's recognition as Air Mobility Command's Commander-in-Chief's Installation Excellence Award. Lastly, I demonstrated analytical skills by identifying and eliminating a resource utilization limiting factor in the employee scheduling system, reducing commercial vehicle gate hours by 2,100 annual employee hours and saving the agency significant costs. Show less Leading a 50-person multi-functional rapid response team, I oversaw training and preparation for travel to highly hazardous conditions worldwide. My responsibilities included ensuring team members completed mandated training for high-risk environments and managing $1 million in resources to support key operational goals. My team executed 12,000 searches, 36 drone flights, 276 anti-terrorism checks, and 414 perimeter sweeps over 2,000 incident-free hours in an austere location. We supported African regional stability through security oversight of a 60-square-mile area and conducted 300 joint reconnaissance missions with Nigerien forces beyond base limits, traveling over 6,000 miles. Show less Directed security operations and wrote local security procedures overseeing 56 employees. Planned and integrated security activities for 2 remote piloted aircraft departments, providing protection for US reconnaissance assets worth $1 billion. Ensured 24/7 operational readiness, addressed training and evaluation issues and tracked security clearances. Responsible for Information, Industrial, and Personnel Security programs.Led security operations and re-established a joint emergency dispatch center by fusing a 45-employee multi-service team, revising emergency checklists, and bolstering Navy and Air Force command and control capabilities. Also authored and implemented classified evacuation and destruction standard operating procedures, streamlining unit Top Secret security and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance processes, resulting in 266 Top Secret sorites over 4,000 data collection hours, resulting in 68,000 images for analysis.
