  Responsible for all the related C&I activities representing the Owners team in a Composite type project environment. Besides the physical requirements of underground development, Winder upgrades, Underground Loading Systems, UG and Surface plant, Surface Load Out and Rail System, I lead various projects striving to establish fully integrated solutions across the value chain. More recently the establishment for a fully Integrated Remote Operation Centre at Black Rock Mine Operations is a highlight of my career. Assisting setting up project governance following the PMBOK guidelines and standards by developing and implementing various standards and specifications, and the roll-out of the project’s collaboration and information management system, Aconex.As part of the ARM IT team strive to set the strategy and guidelines required for the various operations to integrate the Control and Instrumentation environment successfully with the requirements defined for enhanced Business Intelligence systems within the group.
