      Through the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Purdue Milestones sector I ran four sessions of a CAD/3D Printing certification course. I managed the class, curriculum, and lecturing. In two semesters, I along with my team taught over 225 students how to proficiently use CAD.

      Created a centralized database for CNC machines. Developed a guide to define critical data elements and standardize data collection and recording. Collected existing data from engineers and new data from machinists. Organized and prepared all gathered data to transfer to new inventory software. Developed best practices to replicate project in all Bell Textron facilities.
