  I did an internship at ABB Switzerland as a Talent Partner. I am responsible for the recruitment of interns and working students within ABB Switzerland (all Divisions). This means that I am continuously working on 20 to 25 open positions.My activities include:- Kick-off meetings with the line- phrasing and publishing job advertisements- doing preselection and prescreening- interviewing candidates together with the hiring managers (Behavioral Interviewing Technique / STAR Technique)- starting and observing the contract processIn addition I create monthly and quarterly reports of different personnel figures as for example "Workforce Planning" or "Hiring Manager Satisfaction". I also continuously work on different projects, as for example at the moment on the optimization of the internship recruitment process. My last project was the optimization of the onboarding process, as I am also responsible for the onboarding of new team members.As well I help with the organization of assessments and also to organize different events.
