This job gave me the opportunity to be directly involved with consumers and acquired knowledge on how to communicate more effectively as well as influencing their purchasing decision as to ultimately purchase the end product offered.- Firstly as a receptionist, a good customer communication is a necessity as to be able to facilitate consumers' decision making and in answering their queries about the products or the store in general.- Also as a salesperson a good understanding of the company and its products is a must in order to maximize sales and profitability of the store.
