  PhD research work based on evaluating the potential role of phytochemicals as bioavailability enhancer of Vitamin B12. Various phytocomponents (phytoextracts & phytochemicals) were evaluated for their ability to enhance the bioavailability (intestinal absorption) of vitamin B12 by various approaches (in vitro, in vivo and ex vivo studies).
