  My responsibilities included developing and implementing interdisciplinary curriculum as the site lead for Career Technical Education. I transformed traditional classrooms into functional design labs and taught proper usage of power tools, laser cutters, 3D printers, CNC routers, electronics, and microcontrollers. Facilitate creative design and building process with 120+ students, while ensuring the proper usage of power tools, 3D printers, and laser cutters. Students learned to troubleshoot and repair equipment. In addition, I provided project development, resource management, and pedagogical mentorship to a first-year engineering teacher. The teacher successfully completed the school year and the contract was renewed.
