  Responsibilities as a Field Service Executive :Carried out all major overhauling of Wartsila vasa32, Wartsila20, Wartsila 34 SG, Wartsila 200, Wartsila 46, UD-25, UD- 23, Wartsila 24 TS, NOHAB & Wartsila32 AS TEAM LEADER.Supervision of maintenance activities such as scheduled overhauls, Periodic inspections, troubleshooting in power plant etc at customer’s sites.Operational planning of due Overhauls for existing customers, budgeting for spares, tentative consumables requirement, manpower requirement, assessment both from customer side as well as WARTSILA service teams.Providing inputs to the Design team from operational experience for future commissioning.Assess customer requirement for a modification or reconditioning packages and discuss it with WARTSILA Technical Service about appropriate package and its feasibility aspects.Documentation of service work as per ISO standards in the office.Responsibility as Power Plant manager:Responsible for smooth operation & maintenance of WARTSILA Power Plant ranging from 2.0 MW to 60.0 MW; with Heat recovery boiler and R.O Plant, ensuring uninterrupted power supply to the plant. All planning aspects such as forecasting of spares, maintenance Scheduling, Annual operating plan, Inventory control, Manpower management etc.Handling of Operation & Maintenance, as Site In charge within constrains of optimisation of spare consumption and at the same time meeting the Contractual Obligations.Planning and execution of all routine maintenance, major overhauling activities in plant, which includes main engine and auxiliary equipment's, Generation of comprehensive monthly reports which includes all issues related to site such as, plant performance report, payment status, spare procurement status, customer relation, manpower requirement for maintenance activities etc.Customer management.Commercial aspects such as Preparing financial budget, Invoice advising, payment follow-up.
