      Static Equipment Design Engineer

      --Responsible for mechanical calculation of static equipment design such as pressure vessel, heat exchanger, Air Cooler, above ground Storage Tanks, Fired Heater, Filters and steel structure as per various international codes/ specification.--Performs code calculations for re-rates or fitness for service evaluations on pressure vessels, heat exchangers and above ground Storage Tanks. --Pressure Vessels mechanical design according to ASME VIII Div.1 and ASME II and using PV-ELITE Software.--Modeling any Static Equipment using CADWORKS software.--Mechanical design of heat exchanger equipment mainly shell and tube type and air finned cooled heat exchanger according to ASME VIII Div.1 and TEMA and preparation of material requisitions and specifications for heat exchanger. --Thermal design of Shell and Tube heat exchanger using HTRI software.--Above ground Storage Tanks mechanical design according to API 650, API 620, API 653 and using Coade TANK Software.--Design of tank venting devices such as Pressure vacuum safety valve, flame arrester, nose free vent, Mushroom free vent and Emergency manhole cover according to API 2000 and using vendor's software such as ENARDO and VAREC.--Storage Tank Steel Structure design for Self supported dome roof and supported cone roof using manual calculations according to API 650 requirements and AISC and using SAP2000 software.--Aware with the international codes and standard such as ASME VIII Div. 1 , ASME II, ASME 31.3, API 650, API 653, API 2000, API-660, API 510, TEMA, WRC107, WRC297, PD5500, AISC,…….etc.--Evaluations for vendors and contractors and main contractors.--Review and prepare comments and recommendations and approval of vendor's Static Equipment Design Calculations and Drawings according to codes and purchaser standards.-- design and rating for fired heater coils according to API 530 Show less
