  * Was the Co-Founder for the experimental - bootstrapped - college venture, while still studying final year engineering. My primary responsibility was Marketing & Sales for the venture. Also, co-developed the content of the first book published by the company.* Marketing: Used PR as the method to build recognition in the market. Was able to have Times of India, DNA & HT to publish more than 200 word articles in their main paper. The biggest achievement was having CNN IBN Lokmat give us coverage on the show 'Youth Tube'. This branding helped us gain good momentum in sales.* Sales : Managed to build successful traction for the first book published for the company within less than a month by focussing on direct sales & building a distribution network of book stores.   * Co-Founded HIH with the Co-Founder at Students Publications. We saw an opportunity to become an organised player in the unorganised real estate broking industry.* Worked for 4.5 years on this startup. The company grew from being just 2 people to a strong team of over 40+ people in 3.5 years. Was one of the first few companies in its sector to receive Angel Investment in 2011 of over a 10 Million INR. Later, sadly, the company had to be dissolved due to irreconcilable differences between each of the founders & the angel investor.* My key takeaways from HIH were getting a complete understanding of the lifecycle of a startup, the startup ecosystem, leading a startup & its challenges & the personal journey of an entrepreneur along side the startup. Along with these, I also gained a deep on ground understanding of real estate market & built a strong network & credibility within the industry.* My key responsibilities were sales, BD, HR & finance. My Co-founder managed marketing, technology & operations.* My biggest achievement at HIH was that from going from being a college fresher, to building & driving a team that did close to 500 transactions in 4.5 years.   * Royalti is Thane's Premier Realty Consulting firm, that provides the 'finest experience' in transacting in real estate.* We transact in both sales & letting, of premium residential & commercial properties at Thane. We transact in both primary (developer) & secondary (resales) market.* Presently a team of 35+ 'highly skilled' real estate professionals. We have done industry leading work with brands like Hiranandani, Piramal, Raymond, Neelkant, Kalpataru, Sheth to name a few. Over the last 5 years, we have done close to 500+ luxury real estate transactions.* I have been building this venture patiently in my personal capacity. Each year we have grown steadily. Today we are recognised for our quality of work by both individual retail customers & real estate development companies.* My role at Royalti involves building a strong team, setting the vision & broad strategy for the company, supporting team leads on operational plans, periodic performance reviews, building Royalti's brand & networking with key industry individuals.* I am also personally involved in dealing with HNI customers for ultra luxury transactions at Thane.* Our plan for the perceivable future is to increase our penetration in the Thane market & to scale operations across multiple micro-markets in MMR.
