      During my work career in this company I was responsible for three departments simultaneously: leading the (3 - 5 members) online research data sampling team, purchasing research data from suppliers and dealing with all Incentive bonus payment issues Worldwide, managing Panel Care department (3 – 5 members). Managed and led an international team of five, executing incentive payments on a global scale.Collaborated with incentive suppliers, including Travelex, Chexx, and Amazon, to drive effective procurement strategies.Developed robotic business processes and automated a CRM system that streamlined numerous tasks and improved efficiency.Enhanced panel support, transforming initial complaints into positive feedback, with recipients expressing gratitude for incentives after completing medical surveys.Achieved operational performance improvements, reducing payment processing time from two months to just one minute worldwide while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Achievements: Together with IT department we were mastering one of the most critical areas in the company (samples/research contact data, Incentive bonus payments and Healthcare Panel Support). I highly influenced the development and implementation processes of the operational system packages and databases. It was the first online platform in Lithuania, presenting job advertisements in a visual and personal way, showing managers, workplaces and engaged employees, allowing to connect with them more easily.As a Founder, I was using my IT project management experience, product development skills to create the system from just an idea and manage all product development lifecycle. I have a passion for technology and a deep knowledge of software intelligence. We have managed to create "know-how" of digital marketing solution for attracting talented professionals via social networks, by targeting specific groups and engaging them with visual, transparent job offers. We had almost 70% of success rate, hiring employees within few weeks, attracted with such targeted social campaigns.In 2016 company started to gain the revenue with a help of a sales team. I have also attracted individual Angel investment in 2015 and European Union grant in 2017 with personally created EU project for my product development future vision (which was never completed as planed).
