It was the first online platform in Lithuania, presenting job advertisements in a visual and personal way, showing managers, workplaces and engaged employees, allowing to connect with them more easily.As a Founder, I was using my IT project management experience, product development skills to create the system from just an idea and manage all product development lifecycle. I have a passion for technology and a deep knowledge of software intelligence. We have managed to create "know-how" of digital marketing solution for attracting talented professionals via social networks, by targeting specific groups and engaging them with visual, transparent job offers. We had almost 70% of success rate, hiring employees within few weeks, attracted with such targeted social campaigns.In 2016 company started to gain the revenue with a help of a sales team. I have also attracted individual Angel investment in 2015 and European Union grant in 2017 with personally created EU project for my product development future vision (which was never completed as planed).
