  Sicheng was a Policy Advisor in the capital team of the IAIS Secretariat and provided support to the IAIS Capital, Solvency and Field Testing Working Group (CSFWG), which met intensively to develop the Basic Capital Requirements (BCR) and Higher Loss Absorbency (HLA) for Global Systemically Important Insurers (G-SIIs), as well as the Risk-based Insurance Capital Standard (ICS) for Internationally Active Insurance Groups (IAIGs). This included - organising and facilitating CSFWG meetings- contributing to technical capital-related discussions- contributing to project management initiatives to meet very tight and ambitious timelines- manage relationships with working group members comprising insurance regulators/supervisors from North and South America, Europe and Asia Pacific- manage relationships with a volunteer pool of the world's largest international insurance groups - facilitate annual field testing data collection exercises with these groups Mostrar menos

  Sicheng works in Airport Operations Policy & Strategy at Changi Airport Group where he has two main portfolios:1. Sicheng heads the Operations Policy team that oversees CAG’s relationships with ground handling and aviation fuel licensees at the airport. This includes conducting market studies and establishing long term policy and strategy related to the fuel and ground handling markets at Changi. 2. Sicheng also manages the analysis work in CAG's Airport Capacity Planning team to assess and pre-empt capacity issues across the airport in coordination with frontline operational units.
