  At Gems Modern Academy, My duties were divided to support both marketing and the academic team. I was pivotal to the increase in the admissions of students. As a direct result of my time there, hundreds of new applicants were sent to the school.My roles included consulting on Digital marketing strategies, creating photographic content, project planning and helping to coordinate events. The other 50% of my time was dedicated to teaching at the school. I specialised in creative subjects; Art, Photography, Drama, Music and Dance. My approach to education is creative and students are able to use their imagination and critical thinking to create new and meaningful ideas where they can take risks, be independent and flexible. My aim is to use the arts to deliver an effective learning environment.I was able to improve my time management skills and organisational skills and by having these dual roles my ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines improved immensely.
