  Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and problem resolution regarding PC hardware, Internet, network applications, telecommunications, mobile devices, peripherals, software, LAN, servers and all other IT assets onsite for 300 employees with offsite accountability for 8 locations in 5 states with over 1000 end users. Thoroughly understand the whole computer environment needed to meet budget at each location than recognize how the sites work with one another. Work with enterprise support groups and outside vendors. Prioritize problems based on severity, urgency, and impact to the business; track all outstanding incidents until a successful resolution. ● Coordinate moves, installs, reboots, upgrades, remove and configure site IT assets and supporting infrastructure with all stakeholders and meet Service Level Agreement deliverables. ● Dependably demonstrate the ability to explain complex technical concepts to lay audiences ● Travel for both emergencies’ outages and/or site support ensuring or predicting outages. ● Review vendors or contractors for both safety and insurance if needed to install or complete projects● Proven ability to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately● Entrusted with autonomy, high levels of discretion, latitude and budget in completing tasks ● Designated as the Technical Resource and Mentor for new and existing IT staff● Technologies: Microsoft – 365, Azure, and Active Directory, Gmail, Xerox, Remote tools Dameware / TeamViewer, Adobe Admin, MS Windows 10/11, and Mac OS, AS400 Show less
