  As head girl of Baxter college 6th form I had many roles and responsibilities. I had to attend meetings with governors and the head teacher of Baxter college. I had to lead school council meetings and then pass on any issues. Fund raising and event organising was my main role.

  I was able to lead both practical and theory lessons for years 7-12. I had the chance to plan a variety of lessons ranging from girls practical lessons, GCSE, A-level and BTEC, this gave me valuable experience and insight into planning and execution of lessons

  Here I lead sports sessions for children between the ages of 6 and 16. Different sports and activities were attended by children all over the Wyre forest so I had the chance to work with both boys and girls with different backgrounds and different abilities.
