  Joined the " EGYPTIAN-FRENCH JOINT VENTURE GREATER CAIRO METRO L3PH3–VINCI - EGYPT " company in Egypt as a senior foundation engineer where I have the opportunity to work on different projects, develop my experience, new working and personal skills (diaphragm walls,piling,anchors,struts,grouting,dewatering,drilling,barrettes,shoring system overall). Here is my job description: • Review all the required paperwork for the site such as (daily report - request for concrete casting - request for inspection for reinforcement – ICLs..). • Review all VFC drawings from design office • Making all necessary tests to start the excavation process (Bentonite tests, Grout tests) and review of the steel fabrication works. • Inspect steel fabrication to quality control & consultant. • Ensure all work performed according to the method of statement and according to occupational safety and health standards. • Follow-up excavation, lowering steel, casting works and tests. • Facilitate and eliminate any obstacles that hinder the subcontractors from carrying out the work properly.• Solving any problems and obstacles in the site prevents the execution of the work in the best manner, if it is difficult to solve the problem; it is submitted to the direct manager. • Coordination and continuous communication with the all parts (consultant, quality control and civil) at the site and steel yard. • Leading and Follow up the teamwork and make sure that they do their job optimally. • Report time sheets and evaluation of the team to the direct manager for review. • Ensure that all work is done according to time schedule. • Processing and submitting a report that includes (the requirements of the site – progress of the works – weekly reports) and submit it to the direct manager.   The HS2, N1/ N2 project covers the northern 90km section of Phase 1 of the overall HS2 scheme to provide a new high-speed rail connection between London and the North of England.SB3 are a joint venture incorporating Balfour Beatty Ground Engineering (BBGE) and Bachy Soletanche Ltd (BSL), and are appointed by BBV, (Balfour Beatty/ Vinci JV), to deliver the geotechnical works required along the approximately 90km of route from Leamington Spa to Lichfield.My Current job role is as below:•Facilitate and eliminate any obstacles that hinder the subcontractors or the main contractor from carrying out the work properly with maintaining a high level of safety and quality.•Prepare and collate contract documentation and ensure submission to the customer in advance of the works. Ensure all approvals are obtained in full prior to mobilisation to site.•Solving any problems and obstacles with the client, the subcontractors and other departments, meeting the time schedule with a continuous communication with all stakeholders and effective teamwork.•Ensure all work performed according to the method of statement and according to occupational safety and health standards.
