  My experience in dairy industry, particularly in lab and processing roles, has provided me with experience and learning in ensuring product quality and safety. In the lab , I conducted routine test for bacterial contamination,acidity content, fat content, mbrt test and other key parameters . In processing , i learnt to operate and maintain equipments for pasteurisation, homogenization and the production of various dairy products like lassi, mishti doi, khoa, chhana and different types of milk products. I also learnt about the different types of packagings like pouch, tetra packs etc for different varieties of milk like full cream milk, skimmed milk, tonned milk, double toned milk etc and their storage in different storage areas. Although the training period was only for '15 days' but my overall experience was good. Show less

  Quality Assurance Intern

  During my one-month internship as a Quality Assurance intern at Keventer Agro Limited in the non-alcoholic beverages section, I gained hands-on experience in ensuring the quality and safety of popular beverage products like Frooti, Appy Fizz, Dhishoom and flavored milk. I was involved in various stages of the production process, from raw material inspection to final product quality checks.My responsibilities included conducting routine lab tests, such as pH level analysis, Brix measurement for sugar content and other factors , transmittance, acidity and all other various types of testing including testings for packaging materials etc and microbiological testing to detect contaminants. I worked closely with the QA team to monitor production lines, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards, and verifying that products met the company's quality specifications. Through this internship, I developed a keen understanding of beverage quality control processes, the importance of consistency, and the need for stringent compliance with food safety regulations.
