  Starting from 2020 Plastmer has increased interest in Product Development based in R&D structures and involved some of the team members in new roles.Based on that fact starting from end of 2019 as R&D Manager I am focused on new processes and products evaluation for our current and incoming clients. As R&D Engineer I was responsible for process development [injection molding industry] for implementing mass production by P-FMEA/DFM analysis, new equipment&tools coordination from order until implementation on the production for Home Appliance and Automotive Industry. Developed networks in supplier chain – prototyping/injection/tooling/machining/casting allows me to speed-up project implementation with possibility of financial benefits.
