  I oversaw the implemenation and reported on clinical pathway groups, with direct relationship to project's budget and delivery. I collaborated with key stakeholders of the 15 pathways including doctors, nurses, emergency responders (fire fighters, paramedics, and police officers). I managed the annual project budget valued over £1.1M by utilizing key financial system software. I provided event management including invoice payments for all events with attendees ranging from 20 to 70.

I coordinated internal staff meetings, annual recognition ceremony, Title III seminars and workshops. I also managed the OSRA and Title III travel awards given to faculty.
