      I oversaw the implemenation and reported on clinical pathway groups, with direct relationship to project's budget and delivery. I collaborated with key stakeholders of the 15 pathways including doctors, nurses, emergency responders (fire fighters, paramedics, and police officers). I managed the annual project budget valued over £1.1M by utilizing key financial system software. I provided event management including invoice payments for all events with attendees ranging from 20 to 70.

As part of this role, I defined and managed program scope and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and team members. I also managed a program budget of US$3.9M. I managed, in conjunction with Business and Financial Affairs, the Title III OSRA budget. I encouraged and was instrumental in building a productive and team-spirited and customer-focused environment. I coordinated internal staff meetings, annual recognition ceremony, Title III seminars and workshops. I also managed the OSRA and Title III travel awards given to faculty.
