  With a strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences, clinical therapeutics, and inclusivity and cultural sensitivity, I am committed to expanding my knowledge and skills to become a genuinely caring and helpful healthcare professional. With experience in various pharmacy classes and settings, including community and hospital pharmacies through my IPPEs, I have developed strong communication and patient counseling skills, inter-professional communication and work with several mock MECs, strong abilities to utilize resources and databases for healthcare information in both clinical guidelines and primary evidence, as well as abilities to be both an active bystander and steward for good practices for patient safety in prevention of both active and latent errors. As I continue my education and training, I am excited to explore new opportunities within the field and make a positive impact on the healthcare industry, where I am particularly interested in an industry or regulatory role, but could also seek a PGY1 or 2 residency if at the end of my PharmD program I feel I would perform best there.
