Together with a select group of classmates, who were highly skilled individuals from diverse backgrounds within the airline industry, we synergized our expertise and resources to realize this ambitious venture. This accomplishment stands as the most influential in our professional journey.- Dedicated two years to develop a comprehensive strategic business proposal for the establishment of a LCC - Collaborated closely with key stakeholders to present and advocate for the LCC concept, gaining support from decision-makers- Inception of Buta Airways resulted in a remarkable reduction in ticket prices, with some routes experiencing price decreases of 60-30%, leading to a significant increase in passenger satisfaction- Buta Airways consistently achieved a remarkable 95-100% load factor, demonstrating the airline's strong market performance and operational efficiency- Conducted extensive route analysis, leading to the introduction of 25 additional destinations, significantly expanding the airline's network and enhancing its competitiveness.
