I manage the day to day operations of the Forest Hills location, but I have a broader role in a clinical operations capacity across all practice locations. I am accountable for practice metrics and improvement processes. Additional responsiblities include interviewing / hiring / orienting and training multiple positions in the office-company wide; compliance; quality assurance / quarterly chart audits with corrective action plans; serving as the reimbursement and regulation specialist; writing and editing marketing materials, website, newsletters, policies and procedures; executing all aspects of AACVPR recertification process; payer contract renegotiations, representing Lifeline for physician interactions and business growth opportunities; providing education in the community, to other healthcare professionals and within our organization.
